Hello! We are Tara D'Amico and Christine Mizenko, co-owners of Little Night Owls-Sleep Solutions.  We are certified infant and child sleep consultants and we gently guides families through the process of helping their children learn independent sleep skills. We were mentored by world reknown Dana Obleman creator of the Sleep Sense sleep program who has worked to help over 40,000 clients with sleep troubles. 

When you schedule your consultation with us, you will receive a detailed and personalized sleep plan for your child along with follow up support to ensure success-this includes support, motivation and assistance each step of the way.

Tara's Story:

I am a certified infant & child sleep specialist who is dedicated to nurturing your child's relationship with sleep.  I am also a mother of two boys who has faced the challenges of child sleep issues with our older (amazing) son.

I have been there!  My husband and I were sleep deprived for almost 10 months.  I just kept telling myself that this was something parents had to sacrifice because we brought a child into this world. I was wrong.  I did extensive research but nothing seemed to fit my family’s needs.  A co-worker advised me to look into the Sleep Sense Program. After reaching my breaking point and realizing the toll it was taking on my family’s life, I jumped right in.  Within 3 nights, my son went from waking every 3-4 hours to sleeping a solid 11 hours through the night.  After this experience, healthy sleep habits became a passion to me because of the difference it made for my family.  I have helped numerous friends and family through this program, supporting them every step of the way.  I would love the opportunity to do the same for you!

Christine's Story:

I am a  mom to three children, Joseph, Kyle and Anna.  It was my third child, Anna, who's troubled sleep that led me to finally discover Dana Obleman's Sleep Sense program.  After almost 2 1/2 years of poor sleep due to Anna's inability to fall asleep alone along with multiple night wakings, we experienced profound improvement in our family's quality of life by implementing Sleep Sense strategies.  When I was pregnant with my first child, Joseph, I attended birthing, baby basics and even breastfeeding classes which were offered by my local hospital.  It never occured to me that training on healthy sleep habits or solutions even existed.  I often wonder what life would have been like if I had Sleep Sense from the very begining with my first child.  I can't go back in time  but I have made it my mission to help other families solve this very common problem.  I truely believe that healthy sleep for everyone is a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle.
